The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Construction of Office Block (Basement plus GF plus 2 Storey) with one more floor provision at later date on EPC Mode-I basis i/c Internal and External water supply, sewerage system sanitary installations, over head water tanks on terrace for drinking and fire fighting, underground sump, Horticulture works, Internal EM installations, External Electrical services connections, power wiring, Telephone conduits, lifts lighting conductor system, fire fighting system with wet riser and sprinkler system, Automatic fire alarm system, SITC of HVAC Chiller plant, LAN system, IP based EPABX system, Solar photo voltaic power generation system, UPS system, Access control system and illuminated signages etc complete at IDBI College at Gachibowli, Hyderabad." The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,02,35,21,000, and the project duration is 24 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,12,35,210 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, HCD-III, CPWD, Hyderabad, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
