The Executive Engineer (Mechanical) of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Tripura, invites tenders for the selection of an agency to operate and maintain the Teliamura Cold Store (500 MT capacity) on a lease basis. This is a second call for bids, with the tender (Reference No: 18/AGRI/EE(MECH)/2024-25, Tender ID: 2025_AGRI_57255_1) encompassing complete commercial activity on an "as is where is" basis.
