The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer Tripura-II office in Ushabazar, Agartala, invites tenders (Tender ID: 94914, NIT/RFP NO: 06/CE/EE/TCD-II/AGT/2024-2025) for the construction of an Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) in Hezamara, West Tripura, Tripura. This ₹6,05,70,924 (Six Crore Five Lakh Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Four Rupees) project encompasses the construction of the main EMRS building, boys' and girls' hostels with wardens' residences, kitchen and dining facilities, 26 staff residences (including principal's residence), and a guesthouse. The scope also includes internal water supply, sanitary and electrical installations, drainage, site development, and bulk services (Phase-I). Supporting infrastructure such as a compound wall, sentry post, underground sump, internal roads, and water distribution lines are also included. Bid submission opens November 21st, 2024, at 11:40 AM and closes December 5th, 2024, at 3:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for December 5th, 2024 at 3:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,11,418 is required, payable to The Executive Engineer Tripura Central Division - I CPWD Ushabazar Agartala.
