Work Description - Selection Of Consultancy Services- Percentage Based For Supply Of &amp#x0d Technical Manpower For Setting Up Of Project Management Unit &amp#x0d For Implementation Of Naksha In Tripura

The Directorate of Land Records and Settlement, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the Selection of Consultancy Services (Percentage Based) for the supply of Technical Manpower to establish a Project Management Unit (PMU) for the implementation of NAKSHA in Tripura. This project, under Tender Reference Number F.5(400)DLRS/DILRMP/NAKSHA and Tender ID 2025_DLRS_60346_1, aims to enhance project management capabilities. The contract, a turn-key project with a 365 day completion period, requires interested parties to submit bids through a two-cover system. Cover 1 should include Company Incorporation, Year wise Annual Turnover, Satisfactory Certificate, PAN Card and GST etc., while Cover 2 should include Declaration for not being blacklisted, previous work order, Annexure 1 to 11, BOQ and follow RFP for any other documents. The deadline for bid submission is 03-May-2025 at 03:00 PM and the bids will be opened on 05-May-2025 at 12:00 PM at the Directorate of Land Records and Settlement, Palace Compound, Agartala, Pincode-799001.
