The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting bids for the construction of a G+1 Migarmata Bhojanalaya at the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies in Sarnath, Varanasi. This project involves the construction of a dining hall for 170 boys and 130 girls, including electrical works. The estimated cost of the project is INR 5,39,64,241 (Five Crore Thirty Nine Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Forty One Rupees). The tender is open to all eligible contractors and will be awarded on a percentage basis. The last date for bid submission is September 27, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through the CPWD's online portal. The bid validity period is 30 days. The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) amount is INR 10,79,285, payable through a Demand Draft, FDR, or Bank Guarantee. Bidders must also submit the following mandatory documents: an Insurance Surety Bond, a copy of their GST registration certificate, their enlistment order in the composite category or Building and Roads category, a copy of their PAN card, and a copy of their EPF and ESIC registration.
