The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for various civil works at IGFRI Jhansi (M.P.). The project, NIT/RFP NO 02/EE/GPD/GWL/2025-26, encompasses two sub-works: the renovation of a shed net covering with a polycarbonate sheet for the CI Division at IGFRI Jhansi and the renovation of an existing glass house facility for development of a hardening unit, including polycarbonate covering, also at IGFRI Jhansi (U.P.). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 23,14,199 and the time allowed for completion is 4 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 46,290 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer, GCD-II,CPWD, Gwalior. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents including an Insurance Surety Bond, Enlistment Order, GST Registration Certificate, receipt for EMD deposition, a site inspection undertaking as per Annexure-III (Page No 71), and an undertaking on structural stability and soundness (Form F, Page 75). Bidders must undertake site visits and inspection and examination of the site and its surrounding before submitting bids.
