The Directorate General Defence Estates, through the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Varanasi, invites open e-tenders for the engagement of an expert agency to determine various parameters specific to Varanasi Cantt regarding the preparation of draft building bye-laws for Varanasi Cantonment.
