The Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, invites sealed bids for an open tender (Tender Reference Number: IIT(BHU)/IWD/CT62/2024-25/1958) for the construction of paver blocks for parking, dismantling of a storeroom, apron construction on one side of the Shreenivas Deshpande Library building, surface dressing, leveling, and cement concreting within the IIT BHU Varanasi campus. The total tender value is ₹1,565,232, with a required earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹47,000 and a tender fee of ₹1,180. Bid submission opens on December 30th, 2024, at 4:00 PM and closes on January 20th, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Bid opening is scheduled for January 21st, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Institute Works Department. Interested bidders must submit two covers, one containing pre-qualification documents (registration status with CPWD and CPSUs/CPSEs, legal status of the firm, power of attorney, etc.) and the other containing the priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
