The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the "REPAIRS/CLEANING/LAYING TO SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS AND LIFT WELL CLEANING ETC IN POCKET 1, 2, 3, 4 AND PURKAZI AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE ROORKEE". This is an item rate contract. Tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Apr-2025 to 08-May-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between 01-May-2025 (02:00 PM) and 08-May-2025 (06:00 PM). The bid opening date is scheduled for 10-May-2025 (01:00 PM) at GE (MES) Roorkee. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (MES) Roorkee, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500 payable to GE (MES) Roorkee. Interested bidders should submit their application, enlistment letter, DD/Banker’s Cheque towards the cost of the tender and EMD, details of running works in hand, documents required for enlistment of the firm & police verification (if unlisted), GST & EPF registration copies in Cover 1 as per details mentioned in tender document. Financial BOQ should be submitted in Cover 2. The work is to be completed within 270 days, and the bid validity is 90 days. The Tender Reference Number for this project is 8392/471/E8.
