UP STATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (UPSIDA) invites open tenders for the selection of a qualified contractor to implement Integrated Solid Waste Management (SWM) Services on an Operation and Maintenance (O/M) basis at UPSIDA Industrial Area Rooma, Kanpur. The project will be awarded using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method. The initial contract duration is for a minimum period of 3 years, with a possible extension for up to 2 additional years (1 year at a time, based on mutual agreement). This comprehensive work includes door-to-door waste collection and transportation, environmentally compliant disposal to the nearest Urban Local Body (ULB) processing units, road sweeping, drain cleaning, and green area cleaning (horticulture waste). The estimated tender value is ₹1,99,74,919. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,71,408 is required, payable to UPSIDA, and the tender fee is ₹5,731, also payable to UPSIDA.
