The RES - Chief Engineer, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction work of a motor road from village Dalmana to Shiv Mandir of Dalmana Gunth on the Reethakhal-Jaykot Motor road, under the Pokhra block, District Pauri Garhwal (stage-1). This project, with Tender Reference Number 1472/R.W.D/T.I-02/2024-25, is valued at ₹1,86,19,000 with a completion period of 450 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,73,000 is required, payable to the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Department, Circle Pauri, and must be in the form of FDR - Fixed Deposit Receipt. Tender documents, including the Tender Notice and Standard Bidding Document (SBD), are available for download from February 28, 2025, 03:00 PM until March 19, 2025, 12:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 7, 2025, at 03:00 PM at the office of the Superintending Engineer R.W.D Circle Pauri, Tehsil Road Near Gas agency Pauri. Bids must be submitted by March 19, 2025, at 12:30 PM, and the bid opening will occur on the same day at 01:00 PM at the S.E R.W.D Circle Pauri. The tender fee is ₹5,900, payable as per the attached SBD. The successful bidder must provide technical qualifications as per the NIT.
