Work Description - Development, Operation And Maintenance Of A Resort With Mice And Wedding Facilities At North Corbett, Kotdwar Under Design, Build, Finance, Operate And Transfer (dbfot) Mode

The Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) is inviting bids for the development, operation, and maintenance of a resort with MICE and wedding facilities at North Corbett, Kotdwar under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model. The project is open to all eligible bidders and will be awarded through an open tender process. The tender documents can be downloaded from the UTDB website starting August 3rd, 2024, and bids must be submitted by October 18th, 2024. The bid opening will take place on October 18th, 2024. The project involves a total investment of INR 10,00,000 as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) which is payable to CEO, UTDB at Indian Bank Dehradun.
