The Airports Authority of India Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS) is inviting bids for the "SELECTION OF LICENSEE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW CARGO TERMINAL AT KOLKATA AIRPORT ON DESIGN, BUILD, FINANCE, OPERATE AND TRANSFER BASIS."
