Work Description - Providing Led Street Security Lights In Campus Of 174 Nos Bops Along Indo Pakistan Border (ipb) And Indo Bangladesh Border(ibb) (sh Providing Led Street Security Lights In Bop Giridharipur And Bop Renu Of 149 Bn Bsf Under Shq Bsf Berhampore).

The DG, BSF, MHA, through the Executive Engineer (Elect), Ftr HQ BSF South Bengal, invites open tenders for the work of providing LED street security lights in the campus of 174 BOPs along the Indo-Pakistan Border (IPB) and Indo-Bangladesh Border (IBB), specifically including the provision of LED street security lights in BOP Giridharipur and BOP Renu of 149 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Berhampore. The estimated tender value is ₹41,67,760 with a period of work of 120 days. An EMD of ₹83,355, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to DIG SHQ BSF Berhampore, as per NIT clause 9 of form 6, and can be submitted through Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or FDR with EMD exemption allowed as per the applicable guidelines. The tender documents can be downloaded from April 15, 2025, 06:30 PM until April 29, 2025, 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between April 15, 2025, 06:30 PM and April 29, 2025, 12:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 30, 2025, at 12:30 PM at Ftr HQ BSF South Bengal. This tender is an open tender, following a percentage form of contract, and requires submission in two covers: Cover 1 must contain Original EMD and copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (as per form- A) along with the documentation including valid Electrical Enlistment order, Valid Electrical License, PAN Card and GST Registration certificate, Certificates of similar type of work experience as per para 1.2.1/1.2.2/1.2.3 of Form-6, Latest ITR and GST Return, Scanned copy of NIT duly ink sign and stamped by the contractor on each page, Form D format for understanding the project site, Form E format for no deviation certificate, Form F format for integrity pact, Affidavit as per clause 1.2.3 of Form 6 on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum Rs. 100/-, An undertaking is required that bidder is not blacklisted/ banned by any department, Average annual financial turnover of last three years duly certified by the CA, and GST Registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder.
