The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Services at GPRA Complex, Tollygunge, Kolkata, specifically focusing on the Operation & Maintenance of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems for high-rise residential buildings within the complex. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 31,76,904 and the allocated time for completion is 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 63,538 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer (E), KCED-I, CPWD, Kolkata, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG.
