The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (C), Border Fencing Division-I, Siliguri, invites tenders (NIT No. 12/NIT/EE/BFD-I/IBBZ-I/2024-25-3rd Call) for the construction of a single-row, new design border fence. This ₹55,77,955 (Fifty Five Lakh Seventy Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Five Rupees) civil works project involves constructing 0.264 km of fencing (out of 0.312 km) from BP No. 739/5-S to 740/M (GIN-235) at Madanerbari, Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal, along the Indo-Bangladesh Border. The project has a five-month timeframe.
