The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting bids for the comprehensive maintenance of various electrical and mechanical (E&M) services installed in the Nizam Place Campus in Kolkata. This includes the maintenance of two Otis make 13-passenger lifts serving the ground, mezzanine, and eight floors in the first MSO Building. The work is estimated to cost ₹3,32,424 and will be awarded on a percentage basis. The tender is open to all non-CPWD contractors, and the bid submission deadline is September 27, 2024, at 3:25 PM. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,648, payable in the form of a Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, or similar instrument.
