The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Augmentation and capacity building of Hostel Infrastructure at NPTI ER, Durgapur" project. This composite work includes demolishing the existing G+2 storied Type I Quarters Building and constructing a new G+3 storied Hostel Building, complete with internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, a 1 lakh litre RCC underground sump, pathways, open drains, internal and external electrical installations, a firefighting system, VRF air conditioning, occupancy sensors, a solar photovoltaic power generation system, CCTV, LAN, Lift, and Access Control System. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹18,48,241 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, NIT Durgapur Project Division, CPWD, Durgapur, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
