The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of providing and laying hybrid polyurethane and polyurea chemical waterproofing membrane on roofs of various buildings including A-Type, S-Type, Biren Block, Hostels, Slater Hall, Main Building (CST & Mining Block), and external face lifting including internal finishes of the top floor, renovation of toilets and electrical works at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. The subwork includes renovation of toilets on the 3rd floor of the Chemistry Department and painting at the basement portion of AJCB Bhawan at IIEST, Shibpur, Howrah, during 2024-25. This maintenance work is estimated to cost ₹5,70,500 with a required EMD of ₹11,410 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer-Kolkata-II-CPWD-Kolkata.
