The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Assistant Engineer (E), BCESD-IV, BCED, CPWD, invites tenders (Tender ID: 101991, NIT/RFP NO: 67/AE-E/BCESD-II/BCED/CPWD/2024-25) for the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services at the MSME-DI building in Kolkata. This includes internal and external electrical lighting, fans, fixtures, panels, distribution systems, substations, passenger lifts, unitary AC units, water pump sets, portable fire extinguishers, and the installation of a Layer-II, 24-port Gigabit switch with a wall-mount network rack in the IMT hall. The estimated cost is ₹93,102, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,862 (payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer).
