Work Description - Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract For Fire Alarm And Public Address And Fire Fighting Systems Including Procurement Of Consumable And Spare Parts.

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is inviting bids for a Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Fire Alarm and Public Address and Fire Fighting Systems as installed at CSIR IICB Campuses in Kolkata Jadavpur and Salt Lake including procurement of Consumable and spare parts. The work will be executed by the successful bidder under an item rate contract. The estimated project cost is INR 3,50,000, with a bid validity of 90 days. The tender has a two-cover format with the first cover containing Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and the second cover containing Finance documents. The bid submission period is from September 12th to September 24th, 2024. The successful bidder must provide a bid security of INR 7,000, which can be in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Security Deposit.
