Work Description - Hiring Of One (1) No. Motor Cab/maxi Cab As Inspection Vehicle On Monthly Basis For The Official Use Of The Assistant Engineer, Mal Highway Sub Division, P.w.(roads) Dte., Malbazar, Jalpaiguri

The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders (Reference Number NIeQ 01 OF 2025-2026 OF AE/MHSD) for the hiring of one (1) Motor Cab/Maxi Cab as an inspection vehicle on a monthly basis. This vehicle is intended for the official use of the Assistant Engineer, Mal Highway Sub Division, P.W.(Roads) Dte., Malbazar, Jalpaiguri. The contract will be a Rate Contract spanning a period of 365 days. Prospective bidders can download the tender documents starting April 7, 2025, at 10:45 AM until April 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM. Bid submission also commences on April 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM and closes on April 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 25, 2025, at 01:00 PM at the office of the Assistant Engineer/MHSD in MALBAZAR. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,800 is required, although EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. This tender involves a two-cover system: a technical cover (Cover 1 in .pdf format) encompassing fee/pre-qualification/technical documents and a financial cover (Cover 2 in .xls format) containing the rate. Payment can be made online via ICICI BANK or ICICI NEFT/RTGS. The bid validity is 120 days.
